A: Our partner hotels include the High Country Motor Lodge, The Kendrick Hotel, and The Americana Motor Hotel. Each of the properties are design-forward boutique hotels, each with their own vibe. (Nordic Spa, Indoor Pool, Retro Route-66, Quiet in the pines etc.). More than one of our partners also have on-site restaurants and bars.
Q: Why wouldn't I just book the rooms as needed when storms come in?
A: Simple. When storms come in, hotel pricing metrics understand there will be a surge of demand on their available rooms. Prices can easily cost double or more when booking last minute. Lodgepole gives you peace of mind that you can book within 48 hours of your stay and not worry about dynamic room prices.
Q: How far in advance am I required to book my stay?
A: In order to give our partners reasonable notice, stays are required to be booked 48 hours in advance, but can be booked much further out. 48 hours is also perfect for watching storm forecasts and deciding to head up to Snowbowl for mid-week powder and crowd free turns.
Q: When can I begin booking nights?
A: Logepole pass members can begin booking nights for mid-november in mid to late october once the member portal is made accessible to members.
Q: Are there any other costs or fees during my stay?
A: Absolutely not. Your nights are pre-funded and you will not be charged any additional taxes, or amenity fees by our partner hotels. The only other fees are if you incur incidentals.
Q: Do I need to give the hotel i'm staying at a card for my stay?
A: Yes. Our hotel partners require a debit or credit card to be kept on file for incidentals. This will only be charged for incidentals like damages or room charges you agree to.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Dogs are allowed at two of our partner properties: The High Country Motor Lodge and The Americana Motor Hotel. HCML charges a pet fee per stay while the Americana does not charge a pet fee. Cats are not allowed at either property.
